" THE CAICOS KID" aka PAXTON, our imported CK Kid yearling colt who came along for the ride to keep Touche company, won the open all breeds "best colt or stallion of the show". He was crowned the CHAMPION QH colt or stallion. He also impressed with how he handled his first outing. Paxton is a lay back very quiet smart and cool natured dude.

Melanie has owned some lovely horses over the years including imports, she is a tough critic, and credibly so with National and State champions to her credit. She fell in love with Pax the minute she met him, it was truly love at first sight. After loosing a lovely colt that she bought this year to campaign just weeks after purchase with a long term OCD, she was devistated when she was told she must put him down! She had searched for twelve months to find a QH colt to show and have some fun with, then disaster. Her sadness was difficult to overcome. Finding Pax has filled a very big void in her life, we are so happy to hear her so full of excitement about owning him and showing him in open and Am classes. This colt is rather special to us, we believe he will be a great asset to the Australian QH scene. The only son of the young and exciting sire CK Kid, climbing quickly to the top 5 on the USA leader board sires list. Paxton is the softest mover and sure to leave pretty correct all round horses that will excel at halter and hunter beautifully as his movement has to be seen to be believed. We wish Melanie a long happy relationship with this gorgeous grey man.

TOUCHED ~ YET TO HAVE A SHOW NAME CHOSEN
TOUCHED is 1 hour old in this pics, just drying out. He has great bone and
lovely straight legs, sloping pasterns!! and the pretty pretty head. Cant wait
till he is a few days old and filled up. Sister was born already filled
up!
How nice of Original to foal in the daylight hours. TOUCHED has the same
face marking and white stocking as his sister. Though a little less white and
was born exactly 24 hours later.

"TOUCHE" our Touchdown Kid filly from the great mare A Designer Original WON HER WEANLING FILLY CLASS as well as the open all breeds "best mare or filly of show". She was such a good girl, this was her first outing and she behaved like an old hand! Everyone commented on how well mannered she was. She went on to take the CHAMPION QH mare class, of course we were thrilled with her very nice start to her show career.

inquisitive nature which bought another round of tears from yours truly, It was
as if he knew I was missing his father terribly and hence the early arrival and
'you know you want to love me' nature.

World Champion Quarter Horse and Paint Horse bloodlines that saw his three
quarter sister in blood 'Excoosa Me' whip all before her on her way to National,
