A VERY BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Ross Gould, Annette Sainsbury and Olivia De
Sousa on the purchase of Winderadeen Happy Chappy. This beautiful colt by Hf
Somethin Hot was sold before the advertisement for him came out in Horse Deals.
Nette and Ross called to see him on their way home from NPHA and fell in love.
Chappy is a very talented boy with the sweetest nature. His movement is amazing
and as Nette and Ross watched him trot around off the quad runner I knew he had
won them. He is now in sunny Qld arrieved last weekend . Happy is the second
horse Nette and Ross have bought from Coronation Park, the first being the wonderful halter and pleasure horse, then sire Ace Of The Deck.
Below is what Nette had to say...
Hi Kath, Thank you so much for your
continued support and updates, we are so greatful. We are blown out how the
events have unfolded (all the stars were aligned)
As for a little story about ACE.
I'm a bit lost for words, it is like de ja vu. Ace is so great minded,a beautiful
disposition ,forgiving, strong, super trainable with such qualities in which he
taught us what to look for as only a great horse can teach you. We hope HAPPY
CHAPPY can carry on with these wonderful qualities. As you know we had ACE on
and off over a period of 20 years and as Ross's training techniques changed so
did Ace adjust to Ross, so much so that at the age of 17 he stepped back into
the show pen at NPHA and won "Snr Western Pleasure Stakes" plus "Senior H.U.S.
Stakes"!
All those years ago when we
travelled with Harry to Coronation to purchase ACE, we would never have
percieved how this great horse would have touched our lives in so many ways. Ace
truly taught us what a great horse is. We now look forward to crossing his
progeny with our new little Happy Chappy, who knows what success we may have
with this lovely cross.
Sincere thanks, Nett Ross Olivia
And after Happy Chappy
arrived.....
Hi Kath, Happy Chappy has melted all our
hearts. He is settled in eating and drinking well as you have said before he
just takes everything in his stride. He is a very strong and healthy kid. We are
now telling people of our wonderful little boy everyone seems excited for us.
Thank you for caring and we will keep you updated from time to time on the little
boys progress.
Luv, Nett Ross Liv
